Ladder Up provides leadership opportunities to students who want to lead the change and lift others around them. We provide training and support to lead workshops for local schools and organizations like the Boys and Girls Club. As a chapter leader, you will lead as a mentor and run workshops that help students gain confidence, manage time, and excel in academics. You will have an opportunity to run for an executive team position that shapes the program nationally.
